6. We are not responsible for technical issues of any kind. Our server/system data is the final authority in determining stats, wins and so forth.

7. This is a private network and we reserve the right to deny access to anyone for any reason.

8. Prizes not claimed within 30 days from the date we notify you, are void.

9. This site/service is void in the following areas: Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Puerto Rico and any other areas where playing a site like this might be prohibited.

11. You can not substitute prizes. No cash alternatives will be offered unless specifically published. Taxes are the responsibility of winners.

13. You may cancel your account at ANY time by emailing support@qlotto.com.

14. Emails which are sent to you and come back to us as undeliverable could result in account cancellation. From time to time, we may 'suspend' your account and ask you to re-verify your information. This process is instant. You simply click the url in the email provided.

15. You understand that any attempt by you to deliberately damage or defraud any part of our website, system, or network from operating as intended will cause your account to be terminated and all companies involved reserve the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

16. Advertising on this site is property of the owner and Starsads Inc make any representation of any kind in respect to these ads.

17. When a pick lotto drawing is performed, it is done so via random number generator with php coding. The code picks the numbers at random and instantly posts them to the database. This code is run automatically by the servers with no human interaction. Any tickets placed from the time of the last drawing up until the script is run are in play. In the event of multiple winners, we will split up the cash value of the prize between the winners. The cash value is clearly posted when you enter your pick lotto tickets.

18. Cash prizes of any kind are paid via check in USA funds. Checks will be sent to the address on file at the time of winning. Returned items due to a bad address entered by the player voids the win and payment.

19. We reserve the right to perform a postal confirmation at any time. A letter will be sent to the address on file. You will have 30 days from the date of the letter to either go online and confirm, call our toll-free number in the letter, or write us back. The account and all winnings will be suspended until confirmation is received. If the 30 days passes with no confirmation, the account and winnings are void.

20. Winners grant Starsads Inc and our sponsors the right to use their real name,home state,country and likeness in any type of media such as but not limited to the Internet, TV, Magazines and Newspapers without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

21. You agree to hold harmless Starsads Inc., our sponsors and respective officers and employees from any and all liability for any loss or damage or injury of any kind arising from or in connection with any site or web page on our network.

22. Abusing the referral program (ex. creating accounts yourself or using software to create accounts) will lead to your account's termination.
